I hope you have had a great Christmas and a Happy New Year. I am raring to get back on the tennis court today and I want to kick off 2024 with the same enthusiasm and positivity that I had last year.
I am one of the luckiest people to be able to do a job that I love but also help others. I have talked about the benefits of tennis beyond the tennis court many times before, but for me, if we are going to grow the game and positively affect more people, then we need to continue to work hard promoting Team Stony Tennis, the Club and the benefits.
I’m sure you all agree that tennis is a wonderful sport but would you be able to help others get involved?
I am on a mission to get more people playing the game, so I am investing a lot in advertising and marketing, contacting schools and working with local charities, but one of the most powerful ways to attract people is through ‘word of mouth’. According to Nielsen, 92% of consumers believe recommendations from friends and family over all forms of advertising.
With the potential of your help and everyone else in Team Stony Tennis, we could make a big impact and attract many to the game.
