Club Management and court booking system 
Members can book and view any of our 9 courts here

Indoor courts on Courts 8 & 9 are booked paying the requisite fee up front.  Fees applicable from 6th October to 30th April inclusive in the 2024-5 season.   You'll need a positive credit balance on your account for any indoor booking!
Alternatively Courts 1-7 can be booked online at no cost.

Adults can book two hours per day, Juniors and Students can book one hour per day, up to two weeks in advance.   

Please ensure you turn up on time for your booking.  If you are more than 10 minutes late for any outdoor booking, you lose priority on that booked court and any other member whose booking has ended and still wishes to play on, may move onto your vacant court and take priority.   If you subsequently arrive at the club late for your original booking you may only play if there is another empty and un-booked court.

Air Dome: In brief, any applicable charges, peak and off-peak times are as follows:

Peak
Mon – Fri: 5pm – 10pm:.
Sat – Sun: 6am – 4pm: 
£8 per hour, bookings starting on the hour.

Off-Peak
Mon – Thurs: 6am – 5pm: 
Sat – Sun: 4pm – 10pm: 
£5 per hour, bookings starting on the hour.

Floodlights - contactless payment system next to the clubhouse entrance.  Simply select your court and numbers of hours and tap your credit or debit card.  £8 per hour as required. 

Air Dome Block Bookings
Any member may block book a dome court for the same time each week for a minimum of 10 consecutive weeks.  The length of each week's booking is determined by membership category.   A 10% discount applies to those block bookings and payment must be paid in advance.  No refunds for unused weeks.
  
Air Dome Cancellations
Air Dome bookings can be cancelled up to 24hrs prior to the booking with a full refund to the member's account.  No refunds for cancellation made within 24 hours of your booking.
Please note: Your on-line booking account expires with your membership and is renewed once your subscription for the year has cleared with the bank. Please contact us if you are experiencing any booking issues.
