Sky Sports are soon to release a brand new channel for tennis, which is great for everyone who can afford the subscription but if not, then you will be in for a tennis treat at Stony Stratford Tennis Club in Easter!
The club have been awarded an LTA Grade 3 regional tournament which is the first time a tournament of this level has been to North Buckinghamshire. The week-long event, starting on Sunday 31st March, will attract players from all over the regional and further afield with many National level players on display. We have categories from 8&U to adults, both in singles and doubles. This really will be a festival of tennis at our home!
Since I joined the club, it has been our ambition to host this level of event and after 14 years it’s coming to light. There is a lot of work and preparation for an event of this caliber and we are expecting 225 entries across the board.
Food and drink will be served all day from the kitchen but we are looking for volunteers to help with a few shifts, so if you are willing and able, then please reply to this email.
We have just produced 500 fliers to go to all of our players who are traveling regularly to tournaments so they can hand them out, along with a strong social media campaign.

We welcome spectators to come and support and for all of those in the program who wish to get some inspiration and cheer along all the Team Stony players, you are more than welcome.
