Only two weeks to go until our Junior Club Championships at Stony Stratford Tennis Club registration closes, and we’re excited to confirm that entries are still open!

Join us for a fantastic weekend of competitive tennis, fun match play, and a great club atmosphere as our junior players take to the courts this June.

Event Dates
Saturday 20th June & Sunday 21st June

All matches will begin at 9:00 AM each day at the club.
Entry is completely free for SSLTC club members (5-18yrs).

Entry Deadline: Sunday, 7th June

This is a brilliant opportunity for junior players to challenge themselves in a competitive environment, gain valuable match experience, and enjoy a fun weekend of tennis with fellow club members.

The championships are exclusively open to members of Stony Stratford Tennis Club. Whether competing on court or supporting from the sidelines, we encourage all players and families to get involved and enjoy the weekend.

Serving with a Purpose: 'Level the Play'
The ACE Cafe isn’t just about great coffee; it’s about community. All funds raised will go toward our brand-new initiative, 'Level the Play'.
This project is designed to support disadvantaged individuals and help our competitive players manage the costs of the game. We’ll be sharing more details on this exciting project soon!

PLEASE NOTE: To ensure the cafe's success and maximize our fundraising for 'Level the Play,' there will no longer be free member teas and coffees during cafe operating hours. We thank you for your support in helping us reach our goals.

Meet Your Barista
We are in very safe hands! Our cafe is run by Jelena Gedraitiene, who is Level 2 Food and Hygiene Certified. Many of you may already know her—she is the proud grandmother of two of our club members!

We can’t wait to see the clubhouse buzzing this weekend. Come down, grab a toastie, and help us make this new venture a smashing success.

Hi Team Stony Tennis,

What a fantastic weekend we had at our recent Starter Tennis Tournament! With a great turnout and an electric atmosphere, it was a brilliant showcase of young talent, enthusiasm, and developing match skills.

Our 8&U and 10&U players delivered some excellent tennis, with 10 young competitors enjoying plenty of match play in a fun, supportive environment. From long rallies and smart point construction to positive attitudes and sportsmanship, it was everything we want our Starter Tournaments to be.

The round-robin format, combined with our new timed matches and “score as many points as possible” system, was a big hit. This approach keeps players engaged, encourages tactical thinking, and maximizes time on court—perfect for building confidence and match awareness.
