I am delighted to announce that our indoor tennis courts are now operational at Stony Stratford Tennis Club! This addition comes just in time to combat the unpredictable weather and ensure uninterrupted play throughout the winter months.
Indoor tennis offers numerous advantages, including consistent playing conditions, focused technique improvement, and the ability to stay active without weather interference. Whether you're refining your skills or just starting out, regular practice is key to enhancing your game and maintaining peak performance.
To access the indoor courts, simply log in to our booking system and reserve either court 8 or 9, both of which are covered. The rates are incredibly affordable at £5/hour off-peak and £8/hour during peak times, making tennis accessible to all members.
As we approach colder weather, our coaching program will predominantly utilize the indoor facilities, ensuring that our younger players continue to develop and enjoy their tennis journey. In the event of extreme weather conditions necessitating the use of the indoor courts for group sessions, rest assured we have a comprehensive plan in place to keep everyone engaged with drills, movement exercises, and skill-building activities.
Additionally, this upcoming half term, from Monday, October 28th to Friday, November 1st, we are excited to offer our Halloween Themed Camp from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM daily.
