Annual subscription fees from 1st January 2011 to 31 March 2012

Please note:

  1. All categories of membership above (except the retaining fee) may be paid by direct debit or online (contact Treasurer for details).
  2. If paying by direct debit, the membership secretary will provide you with a form to complete and return. Three equal payments (equal to a third of the relevant fee) will be taken in the following three consecutive months.
  3. If paying by cheque, full payment should be made.
  4. Members not wishing to play for any one season may retain their membership by paying a retaining fee.
  5. Members receiving income support or benefits are eligible for a 50% reduction in the above fees.
  6. Weekday members may use the courts Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) until 5pm.

Better still, come down to club night on Wednesdays or to Social Mixed Tennis on Sundays, both from 18:30 and meet us at the club.

New Member Induction
As a new member it can take a little while to find new people to play and to make the most of the weekly opportunities. To avoid some of these settling in problems we have an induction programme to help guide you to those activities in the club where you will get the most enjoyment. The following describes how we do this.

    Step 1: Arrange to show you around the facilities to explain club procedures. Preferably at club night to introduce you to other Members. We will establish your rough tennis ability into categories of Beginner, Improver, Team Player.
    Step 2: Beginner � free group session with John Cavill and other new starts. Improver � Established member 30 min hit prior to club night. Team Player � Captains to arrange four on match practice night
    Step 3: We will allocate each new member a �phone a friend� primary contact to help you find peer group tennis in your first 3-4 months of membership.
    Step 4: After about 3 month of membership our Chairman / Vice Chairman will phone each new member to check whether you are happy with your membership, that it is meeting your expectations and also solicit your suggestions and other feedback.
